Terms of Sale

Paws4Ever Website: Paws4Ever.co.uk Trading as a sole trader, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, UK
These terms apply to all orders placed through Paws4Ever.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
Paws4Ever is a trading name of Darren Eley, a sole trader based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You can contact us at darreneley2020@gmail.com.
Â
2. Our products
We create bespoke, made-to-order 3D printed pet memorials, produced using the photos, measurements, or reference details you provide us. Because every piece is personalised to your pet, please check the details you submit carefully before confirming your order — we rely on the accuracy of what you send us.
Memorial representations, colours, and finishes may vary slightly from images provided due to natural variation in the 3D generation, printing, and finishing process. These variations are not considered faults — we confirm the 3D model with customers before purchase to ensure customer satisfaction and awareness of any model misrepresentations.
Â
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and paid for through a PayPal link, which will be sent from darreneley2020@gmail.com.
Full payment is required before we begin production. Prices include all costs unless stated otherwise (e.g. postage).
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Â
4. Lead times
Estimated production time is 5–7 working days from when we receive your approval to commence the memorial from photo/reference details, plus postage time on top. For larger or more detailed pieces, lead times may be longer — we'll let you know at the time of ordering.
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. If we expect a delay, we'll contact you as soon as we're aware of it.
5. Approval before printing
For orders where we prepare a design proof, we will send this to you for approval before printing begins. Please check it carefully — once you approve a design and production starts, changes may not be possible without a new order.
6. Your right to cancel
Because our memorials are made to order and personalised to your pet, they are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling off" cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods.
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any point before we begin production. Once production has started, we're unable to offer a cancellation refund, since the item is being made specifically for you.
7. Damaged, or incorrect items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. If your item arrives damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong model, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
This does not cover damage caused after delivery, normal wear, or the natural variation described in section 2.
8. Returns
Because each memorial is made specifically for your pet, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted where an item is damaged in transit, or the wrong item has been supplied — see section 7.
9. Postage and risk
We take care to package every order securely. Risk in the item passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided, except where the item arrives damaged — in that case, please contact us straight away so we can put things right.
10. Contact us first
If anything about your order isn't right, please get in touch with us directly before leaving feedback elsewhere — we want the chance to make things right.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
