How many photographs do you need?

One clear photograph is enough to get started.

If you have several favourite photographs, you're welcome to send them too. Additional angles can help us understand your pet's features and character.

What type of photograph works best?

A clear, well-lit photograph works best.

A side or three-quarter view can be particularly useful because it shows the shape of your pet's face and body clearly.

Photos where your pet's face isn't obscured generally produce the best results.

Don't worry if you're unsure whether your photograph is suitable — send it to us and we'll let you know.

Can you create dogs, cats and other pets?

Yes.

Dogs and cats are our most popular memorials, but we can create personalised memorials for many different much-loved companions, including rabbits, birds, horses and more.

If you're unsure, just ask.

Can you work from more than one photograph?

Yes.

If your pet's distinctive features don't all appear in one photograph, we're happy to work from several images.
 

Will the memorial look exactly like my pet?

We work closely from your photographs to recreate your pet's distinctive features, colouring and character as accurately as possible.

Because every memorial is individually created, there will always be some artistic interpretation.

Our aim is to create something that genuinely feels like them.

Can I see the design before I pay?

Yes.

This is one of our most important promises.

We'll create your design and show it to you for approval before any payment is taken.

What happens if I don't like the design?

We'll work with you on revisions before the memorial goes to print.

We want you to feel happy with the design before you approve it.

When do I pay?

You don't pay upfront for the design.

We create the design first and show it to you.

Once you've approved it, we'll arrange payment before production begins.

How long does it take?

Once you've approved the design and payment has been made, Production usually takes 5–7 working days after design approval and payment. Particularly detailed memorials may occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery time is additional and depends on the delivery service and destination.

What material is the memorial made from?

Each memorial is 3D printed using PLA, a durable and lightweight material that allows us to capture fine detail.

What colours are available?

We offer a range of colours and finishes.

You'll be able to choose your preferred option when you start your memorial.

Can I have my pet's name included?

Yes.

Your pet's name can be included on their memorial.

Do you ship throughout the UK?

How is my memorial packaged?

Will you share my pet's photographs online?

No — not without your permission.
